Reservation & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your party date. The deposit will be applied toward your total party balance.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
Final guest counts should be provided at least 7 days prior to your party.
Weather Policy
Because Prairie Moon Farm is an outdoor venue, weather conditions occasionally impact events.
If Prairie Moon Farm determines that weather conditions are unsafe or would significantly impact the party experience, guests may choose to reschedule their event based on available dates or receive a refund of all payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

You're welcome to decorate your party area to make it your own.
For the safety of our animals and property, we do not allow:
Confetti
Glitter
Water balloons
Balloon releases
Decorations attached to trees, fences, or farm structures without approval
Please remove all personal decorations at the conclusion of your event.
Farm Safety
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
For the safety of both our guests and animals, please do not feed or enter animal enclosures unless instructed by Prairie Moon Farm staff.
